The Bahrain Rugby Club sports department manages our Fitness Centre consisting of our Sports Hall, Swimming Pool & Gym/Weights Room. Within this facility a number of our staff run classes for the members and their guests as well as providing personal training on request.

Opening Times

Bahrain RFC Swimming Pool Opening Times: The Pool is available to members from 6am-9am & 9pm to midnight  (unsupervised or supported) and from 9am-9pm (supported) Daily

The Pool is generally a social facility with no current classes offered (see Swimming for more details)

Bahrain RFC Sports Halll Opening Times: The Sports Hall is generally only available upon request via our reception

 

The Hall can be set up for a variety of sports and boasts its own set of sporting infrastructure to suit. Please ask for anything you may wish to do or organise

Bahrain RFC Weights Room / Gym Opening Times: The Weights Room is available to members from 6am-9am & 9pm to midnight  (unsupervised or supported) and from 9am-9pm (supported) Daily

A number of classes are offered by our fitness team in the Hall and Gym

Circuit Training

Time / Dates: Mondays & Wednesdays (6.30 to 7.30pm)

Mixing a variety of weighted and non-weighted basic exercises whilst always on the move makes for a low impact way to rapidly lose weight and gain fitness. In all cases you work as hard as you can push yourself whilst our instructors are there to make sure you stay safe & motivated

Costs: BD2/- per person

Each class is only run if there is sufficient interest, classes may be booked through our reception

 

 

Spinning Classes

Time / Dates: Tuesdays (6.00-7.00pm) & Sundays (7.00-8.00pm)

Spinning with Rob Bennett has become one of our more popular keep fit classes. In all cases you work as hard as you can push yourself whilst Rob is there to keep the pace up &  to make sure you stay safe & motivated

Costs: BD5/- per person

Each class is only run if there is sufficient interest, classes may be booked through our reception

 

 

Personal Training

Time / Dates: As arranged

 

Need help getting fit, setting up a personalised fitness program or working back from injury? Rob and the boys will arrange to meet with you and set up personalised excercise and eating plans to ensure you get there 

Costs: Varies on Requirements

Personal training is booked through our reception area in conjunction with the club’s sports department

General Policies

Each Participant must have completed our registration form and waiver

Each Class runs on the basis of their being sufficient participants so as to make it enjoyable for participants restrictions exist in all cases as to minimum and maximum participation levels
